Terms of Service

Last updated: 25 July 2026

These Terms explain the rules for using Perseed’s websites, applications, marketplace, Seeds campaigns, community spaces, events, calls and learning content. Please read them carefully. By creating an account or using Perseed, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. Who may use Perseed

You must be legally able to enter into this agreement in your country. If you use Perseed for an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to bind it. You must provide accurate account information, protect your credentials and promptly tell us about suspected unauthorised access.

2. The service and your licence

Perseed grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to access and use the service as intended under these Terms. Perseed and its licensors retain all rights in the platform, software, design, trademarks and materials that are not your User Content.

You may not copy, resell, rent, sublicense, scrape, frame or commercially exploit the service; bypass security or access controls; reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code except where law expressly permits it; remove ownership notices; use automated systems in a way that harms the service; or use Perseed to build a competing dataset or service without written permission.

3. Accounts, plans and payments

Some features may require a paid plan or transaction. Prices, taxes, billing periods, renewal terms and cancellation options are shown before purchase. Third-party payment providers process payment credentials; Perseed does not need to store your full card number. Except where law or an applicable refund policy requires otherwise, fees already earned are non-refundable.

4. Marketplace, campaigns and transactions

Users may list goods or services, create Seeds campaigns, offer rewards or support other users. Unless a page expressly identifies Perseed as the seller or campaign owner, Perseed provides the platform and is not a party to the agreement between users. Sellers and creators are responsible for accurate descriptions, lawful pricing, delivery, fulfilment, taxes, refunds, recalls and consumer rights. Supporters must review campaign risks and understand that campaign outcomes are not guaranteed.

5. Acceptable use and community conduct

You must act lawfully and respectfully. You may not:

  • harass, threaten, exploit, impersonate, defraud or discriminate against others;
  • publish illegal, deceptive, hateful, sexually exploitative, privacy-invasive or rights-infringing content;
  • sell prohibited, stolen, unsafe, counterfeit or unlawfully regulated items;
  • upload malware, probe vulnerabilities, disrupt calls or events, evade bans, manipulate metrics or create inauthentic engagement;
  • collect personal data without a lawful basis or expose another person’s private information;
  • encourage dangerous conduct without appropriate context, safeguards and lawful professional oversight.

We may remove content, limit distribution, cancel listings or events, preserve evidence and cooperate with lawful requests when needed to protect users or the service.

6. Your content and permissions you give us

You retain ownership of content you create or upload (“User Content”). You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed to publish it. You grant Perseed a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable licence to host, store, reproduce, format, adapt, translate, display, transmit and distribute User Content only as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, improve and promote the service and to make your content available according to your chosen settings.

This licence ends when your content is deleted from active systems, except where copies must remain for backups, security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, dispute records, content already shared by others, or features you asked us to provide. Backup deletion may take time. You should keep your own copies of important material.

7. Intellectual-property complaints

Respect the rights of creators and third parties. If you believe content infringes your rights, contact us through the contact page with enough information to identify the work, the material, your contact details and the basis of your claim. We may remove disputed material and restrict repeat infringers.

8. Safety and professional-information disclaimer

Perseed content is for general information and community learning, not a substitute for qualified professional advice. Gardening, food preservation, survival, medical, legal, financial, construction, electrical, mechanical, engineering, weapons, protective-equipment and similar activities can create serious risks. Check local laws, permits, standards, product instructions and site conditions, and use appropriately licensed professionals. Do not rely on Perseed for emergencies, diagnosis, treatment, structural certification or legal compliance.

9. Events, audio and video rooms

Hosts control their events and may appoint cohosts, moderate rooms, mute tracks, remove attendees or ban users from their events. Participants must obtain permission before recording or redistributing another person’s image, voice or messages. Call quality depends on devices, permissions, networks and third-party infrastructure and is not guaranteed to be uninterrupted.

10. Privacy and security

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data. You agree not to circumvent privacy controls or access data that is not intended for you. We use reasonable safeguards, but no internet service is completely secure. Tell us promptly if you discover a vulnerability and do not exploit or disclose it in a harmful way.

11. Third-party services

Perseed may integrate maps, payment processors, communications providers, delivery services and external links. Their own terms and privacy practices apply. Perseed is not responsible for third-party services, content, availability or decisions, although mandatory law may give you rights that cannot be excluded.

12. Suspension and termination

You may stop using Perseed at any time. We may suspend, restrict or terminate access when we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, created risk or legal exposure, failed to pay, evaded enforcement or threatened users or the service. Where appropriate, we will give notice and an opportunity to appeal. Provisions that by their nature should survive—including ownership, licences needed for retained copies, payment obligations, disclaimers, liability limits and dispute terms—continue after termination.

13. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Perseed is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not promise that content is accurate, that users will perform their obligations, that campaigns will succeed, that products are safe or suitable, or that the service will always be uninterrupted or error-free. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

14. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Perseed and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, goodwill, data or opportunities. Our total liability arising from the service will not exceed the greater of (a) the fees you paid Perseed during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim or (b) €100. These limits do not apply to liability that mandatory law does not allow us to limit, including liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence where applicable.

15. Changes, governing law and contact

We may update these Terms to reflect new features, safety needs or legal requirements. We will post the updated date and provide additional notice for material changes where required. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the country in which Perseed’s operating entity is established, without limiting mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live. Courts with lawful jurisdiction over that entity will handle disputes unless applicable law requires another forum. If any provision is unenforceable, the remainder stays effective. These Terms, the Privacy Policy and any feature-specific terms form the entire agreement for the service.

Questions, legal notices or complaints can be submitted through our contact page.
