Privacy Policy
Last updated: 28 July 2026
This policy explains how Perseed handles personal data across accounts, community features, events, calls, Marketplace, Seeds campaigns, support and AI-assisted services. For privacy questions or requests, email contact@perseed.online.
1. Who controls your data
The operator of Perseed (“Perseed”, “we”, “us”) is the controller of personal data processed through Perseed’s websites and applications. Until separate privacy or Data Protection Officer contact details are published, contact our privacy team at contact@perseed.online. The operating entity’s registered legal details will be added before commercial launch.
2. Scope
This policy covers Perseed accounts and profiles, community features, learning content, events, voice and video calls, Marketplace listings and transactions, Seeds campaigns, support services and AI-assisted features. A separate notice may supplement this policy for a specific product or country.
3. Data we collect
- Account and identity: name, username, email, password hash, age information, country, languages, profile image, biography and account status.
- Content and community: posts, comments, votes, groups, challenges, reports, messages, event participation and uploaded content.
- Calls and events: room participation, device permissions, call-quality information and moderation events. Audio or video is recorded only when the feature clearly says so and required notice or consent is provided.
- Marketplace and campaigns: listings, orders, delivery or pickup information, campaign support, rewards, disputes and transaction records. Payment providers process full payment credentials; Perseed retains provider references and limited payment metadata where available.
- Location: country, region, approximate or user-selected map location and, with permission, device location used for nearby results.
- AI data: prompts, uploaded media, suggested classifications, outputs, feedback and safety signals used to provide SAGE and Instant Seller.
- Support: tickets, live-chat messages, attachments, voice notes and account-recovery information.
- Technical and usage: IP address, browser and device information, security logs, cookie identifiers, feature interactions, search queries and unsuccessful searches.
4. Why we use data and our legal bases
- Contract: to create and secure accounts and provide content, messages, calls, events, orders, campaigns, subscriptions and support.
- Legitimate interests: to operate and improve Perseed, measure reliability, prevent fraud and abuse, moderate content, rank genuine results and understand unsuccessful searches.
- Legal obligation: to meet accounting, tax, consumer-protection, lawful-request, sanctions and safety duties.
- Consent: for optional marketing, non-essential cookies, precise location, recordings and other processing where consent is required. Consent can be withdrawn without affecting earlier lawful processing.
5. Public information
Profile fields, listings, campaigns and community contributions marked public can be seen and shared by others. Do not publish private addresses, payment details, identity documents or sensitive information in public fields. Private messages and unpublished content are not public, but authorised staff may access them when necessary for support, security, reports or legal compliance.
6. Cookies and similar technologies
We use essential cookies for login, security, preferences and core functions. With consent where required, we may use analytics or marketing technologies. Cookie settings identify available choices. Blocking cookies can affect some functions.
7. Service providers and other recipients
We disclose only what is necessary to providers supporting hosting, email, security, customer support, analytics, AI processing, maps, voice and video rooms, payments, shipping and fraud prevention. Depending on enabled features, these may include BeOnline, Cloudflare, LiveKit, Stripe or PayPal, OpenStreetMap-related services and the configured AI provider. We may also disclose data to professional advisers, authorities when legally required and a successor in a properly protected corporate transaction. We do not sell personal data.
8. International transfers
Some providers may process data outside your country or the EEA. Where required, we rely on an adequacy decision, approved Standard Contractual Clauses and supplementary safeguards, or another lawful transfer mechanism. Contact us for information about applicable safeguards.
9. Retention
We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, protect users, resolve disputes and meet legal, accounting and security duties. Account information is normally kept while an account is active. Transaction and tax records may be kept for the legally required period. Support records and security logs use proportionate retention periods. Deleted public content is removed from normal view, while backup copies expire under the backup schedule unless preservation is legally required.
10. Security
We use access controls, password hashing, encrypted transport, logging, backups, least-privilege staff permissions and vulnerability management appropriate to the risk. No internet service is completely secure. Report a suspected incident to contact@perseed.online. Never send a password or full card number through chat or email.
11. AI and automated decisions
AI can suggest text, classifications, categories or support answers and may be inaccurate. Important publishing and transaction choices remain with the user. We do not make decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects solely by automated processing unless we explain the decision, legal basis and safeguards at the point of use.
12. Your data-protection rights
Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection; withdraw consent; and object to direct marketing. You may complain to the competent data-protection authority in your country. We may need to verify identity and may retain information where law permits or requires it. Submit a request through our contact page or email contact@perseed.online.
13. Marketing
We send promotional communications only where permitted. You can unsubscribe through the message link or account settings. Service, security and transaction messages are not marketing and may still be sent while your account is active.
14. Children
Perseed is not intended for children below the minimum age at which they may lawfully consent to online services in their country. Where parental authorisation is legally required, an account may be used only with valid authorisation. Contact us if you believe a child created an account contrary to this rule.
15. Changes and contact
We will post changes here and give additional notice before material changes take effect where required. Questions and requests can be sent to contact@perseed.online. The operator’s registered legal name, address and registration details will be added before Perseed’s commercial launch.
